BSI is a two-story building, home to our amazing and always busy Customer Service and Front Desk teams. Upstairs, our team is hard at work answering calls and emails in an open office.
On the ground floor, you'll find our front desk. Here, we greet customers, respond to their queries, guide them to the correct bus, and assist with tour bookings. There's also a separate break room on this floor, furnished with sofas, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine, providing an ideal spot for staff to take a quick and relaxing break.
In the back office, our operations team is all about making sure things run smoothly across all our departments, while our managers keep an eye on tours, drivers, and customer service to make sure everything's top-notch.
