How to Apply
Please complete the form below with all required information.
- Submit your request at least one business day before your planned visit
- Requests are reviewed Monday–Friday only
- For weekend visits, please apply more than 24 hours in advance
You will typically receive a response within 24 hours of your visit date, but not earlier.
Eligibility
This program is intended for professionals working in the travel industry, including:
- Sales and reservations staff
- Front desk and concierge teams
- Customer service representatives
If your request does not qualify for a complimentary ticket, we may offer a discounted industry rate instead.
Important Information
Pre-approval is required
Walk-ins are not accepted. Approved applicants will receive a voucher prior to their visit.
Scope of offer
Special rates apply to Icelandia-operated services only.
For partner experiences (e.g. Blue Lagoon), transfers may be included, but admission is not covered.
Individual applications
Each traveler must submit their own request. Additional guests are not automatically included and are subject to approval.
Case-by-case review
All applications are assessed individually based on availability, role, and request details.
